Q. I always seem to wait many months to receive the final title policy from my current agency even when there are no open post-closing issues. Why is this?
That seems to be a common complaint in this industry. Sometimes there are legitimate reasons for delays. With that said, at First Legacy we take pride in getting final polices out to attorneys and lenders quickly…usually in 60 days or less.

We hate voicemail too. We are in a service business and when you call our office, you will get a real person on the phone. That person can either help you on the spot or transfer you to someone that can.

We are in the office from 8:30AM to 5:30PM and many times even later. Additionally, as a First Legacy client, you have direct access to the owner of the agency via cell phone and e-mail whenever the need arises.
