Bernie Pane is co-owner and President of First Legacy Group Title & Abstract, LLC. Mr. Pane started First Legacy in 2005 and has been a title industry professional since 1991 having served in a number of sales and title officer capacities.
The ten person full time staff at First Legacy has many years of experience in the title profession. The agency has a full time attorney who serves as Agency Counsel and co-owner, and who along with the Senior Title Officer, have over 60 years combined experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy and estate matters. We enjoy excellent relationships with our underwriters and have direct access to their respective State Counsels to assist in the most complex title questions.
When you call our office, you always get a live person on the phone and not a voice mail menu. Our office is staffed from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday to serve you.
Mr. Pane has a Masters Degree from Seton Hall University. He is a former elected official where he served 10 years on the Bedminster, New Jersey Township Committee. He is also Past President of the Somerset County Governing Officials Association.
